Data protection officer according to Art. 37 ff GDPR:

Our company is a GmbH (limited liability company) and not a public authority or body. We do not carry out extensive processing of special categories of personal data or any regular systematic monitoring, so we are not required to appoint a data protection officer.

We treat your personal data confidentially in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act (DSG 2018). According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
