Managing Director Vienna
Before founding KRONOS, Sven Rischko was a shareholder and board member of a financial holding company focused on asset management, private equity, and real estate development. Following the successful sale of the holding company to a publicly listed firm, he went on to establish KRONOS. Today, in addition to his role as CEO, Sven is a highly sought-after expert, frequently speaking at international wealth summits and expos, and serving as an interview partner for international media outlets.

Roland Pschebezin, CFP, EFA®
Managing Director Vienna
Roland Pschebezin brings years of experience in private banking at Austria’s largest banking group. He later transitioned into the real estate sector, where he served as project manager for the development of Austria’s first primary care center. Since 2024, he has been a shareholder and managing director at KRONOS. In addition to his expertise in real estate investments and private banking, Mr. Pschebezin also possesses extensive know-how in the field of private equity, particularly in corporate and startup investments.
Nikolaus Nicolaus
Partner
Nikolaus Nicolaus is a qualified banker and business economist with a career in international banking dating back to 1997. After completing his training at Deutsche Bank in Munich, he spent several years in Frankfurt working for the Quandt family’s family office and in asset management for international corporations. He has been living in Austria with his family for over 13 years and held various senior relationship roles in international private banking at Credit Suisse and, for nearly nine years, at LGT Bank Austria. Nikolaus is a partner and co-founder of KRONOS & Partner Family Office GmbH.
Philip Alexander Betz, M.Sc.
Associate Partner
After completing his studies at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and gaining initial professional experience at a renowned family office in Germany, Philip Betz has been focusing since 2024 on the acquisition and personal support of sophisticated clients at KRONOS. He assists clients in developing individualized investment strategies and supports them in building sustainable wealth structures.
Roland Wöginger, MBA
Managing Director Linz
Roland Wöginger brings over three decades of national and international experience in finance, including investment, financing, and M&A. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President Finance, overseeing all financial operations of an Austrian industrial group. In this role—along with his responsibilities as a foundation board member—he was in charge of managing and investing substantial asset volumes.
Georg Höhne, MA, EFA®
Senior Consultant
Georg Höhne began his career in 2008 as a private banking advisor at Erste Bank. In 2016, he joined Kathrein Privatbank, where his core responsibilities included the acquisition and advisory of private individuals, foundations, and corporations. Since 2022, he has been serving as a senior consultant and shareholder at KRONOS.
Alexander Stummvoll
Senior Consultant
Alexander Stummvoll has been active in securities advisory since 1992. From 2000 to 2010, he worked for two of the largest independent asset management firms in Austria. Since 2011, he has been applying his expertise to serve the clients of KRONOS Advisory GmbH.

Since returning from parental leave in 2015, Sladjana Ivantic has been responsible for all administrative matters and office management as Executive Assistant to the Management. Previously, she worked in seminar organization and client support for a training company specializing in the banking sector.

Marijana Grujic began her professional career at KRONOS in December 2022 during the final stages of her mathematics studies, which she completed the following year.
